Migori senator Ochillo Ayacko has said that he has not noticed any change ahead of 2022 governor election after county secretary Christopher Rusana declared interest.
Ayacko said Rusana should desist from attacking him in rallies, as his graph as a governor candidate is very low to make him blink in his political rudder.
He was speaking at St Celestino Oruba Catholic Church on Sunday during a funds drive hosted by Suna West MP Peter Masara.
He was reacting to claims by Rusana earlier on Friday that his main work was to attack governor Okoth Obado
Both Ayacko and Rusana are aspirants to replace Obado in the forthcoming polls.
The senator said that with court cases come 2022, he even doubt if Rusana will be in the ballot.
Rusana was released on Sh50,000 bail by a Kisii court pending trial for alleged abuse of office when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Shiundu Lutta.
Rusana denied that on February 29, 2016, he used his office to improperly confer a benefit on Eliud Obonyo Sotty by appointing him director of supply chain management.
